We are committed to clear and transparent shipping practices for our customers in the United States. We provide Free Shipping for all orders. Our order cut off time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders require a processing time of 1 to 2 business days, followed by a shipping time of 4 to 6 business days. The total estimated delivery time for your order will be 5 to 8 business days. We partner with reliable carriers, specifically FedEx and provide a tracking number for all shipments.

Section 7 - Billing and payment conditions

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method. Payment is collected at the time of delivery. No online payment processing is required. All charges will be applied in US Dollars ($) with no hidden fees.

Section 8 - Returns, exchanges and cancellations

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. Customers have a return window of 30 Days from the date of delivery. There is a $0 restocking fee applied to returns. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs in cases of change of mind or incorrect order placement. Once an eligible return is received, the refund process time is 7 Business Days, and approved refunds for COD orders will be issued via Bank Transfer as per our Refund Policy. If you need to cancel an order, our cancellation window is within 24 Hours of placing the order.
